As usual I was taken on time when I arrived at Dr. Lee’s office. The always cordial Monajean coordinated my effort with Dr Lee for the entire visit. I had 2 crowns replaced and Dr Lee made a complex situation as seamless as possible. At this point one day later, it’s as if the work was completed months ago and with no issues whatsoever. Thanks once again Dr Lee and company for your fine work !

Nothing has changed from my previous review below. The office is always very professional. I was greeted with Monajean's smiling face and taken for my dental visit by Yusof, a very professional hygienist. Dr. Lee examined me initially and was very thorough as always. Post examination, the schedule for the next visit is made and then I'm on my way. Thanks one again Dr. Lee and to everyone there !
As usual, Dr. Lee’s office is very professional. My appointment was on time . Dr. Lee in this case meticulously installed my crown in a timely fashion. With appropriate directions going forward he sent me on my way. My regards to the professional level of his staff and their efficiency. Thanks !

I have been going to Dr. Lee’s office for many years (since 2007). I just really enjoy him & his staff. They are very personable and welcoming. Yusef & Dr. Lee are amazing. I recently moved to the area and was driving to an appointment with Dr. Paul Lee. l took a wrong turn and got lost. I called his office explaining my problem and was directed step by step by the lady at the front desk. she stayed on the phone with me until I walked into the office door. I've been going to Dr. Paul Lee for over 12 years. I love his work, honesty, and how he and his team improved my teeth. I had several issues with old caps and he has the latest tech to replace them right there in the office. All the fillings I received are perfect. He stays up on the latest dental techniques and tools.
The dental cleanings are pristine and they coax you in a nice way to floss and brush your teeth more.
I've had my insurance company change many times of the years and I stuck with Dr. Paul Lee regardless if my dental plan has his practice "in network" or "out of network". So I am sticking with his practice for good.
I just went in yesterday for an emergency visit as a very old crown broke off, Dr. Lee was able to get this 1/2 crown off and informed and showed me the crown in front needed to be replaced as you could see decay under the crown. He took care of both in the office in 2 hours (it took about an hour for crowns to be made - as he makes them himself in the office with his high-tech setup). Now my teeth are good as new again.

After a two year COVID hiatus I was extremely nervous to go back to the dentist’s and hear bad news about my teeth. I did have a lot of tarter buildup and dreaded my cleaning (I normally get 4 cleanings a year). I was so happy when the hygienist said he could stay longer and completed my extensive cleaning in just one visit (which was done so gently and with kind thoughtfulness). I did have to come back because there was a cavity that snuck in under one of my crowns but Dr Lee was fabulous, as always, being very gentle, giving me ear plugs for the loud drilling noise, and creating a new porcelain crown and fitting it all in the same afternoon in his State-of-the-art dentistry office. I had come in with a lot of anxiety, but it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this practice, and have been a patient here for over 15 years. I especially appreciate Dr Lee who saw me the same day I called him with a terrible toothache, even though his schedule was full. He worked through his lunch hour to make sure the problem was identified and solutions provided.

The entire staff was so nice and kind! When I first made my appointment over the phone, I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that it was my first dental visit in a while (a few years) and that I was very nervous for the appointment. She was very reassuring and helped me set up an appointment right away. When I got there, all of the staff was so nice and the hygienist was especially patient. He told me that it was okay if I needed to take breaks and always kept my comfort in mind. Unfortunately, I did have a few cavities, but the team was very nice and helped me work out a plan and timeline for me to get all the necessary work done. They helped me work out the best way to max out my insurance so that I’m not paying more than I need to.
The entire staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and assured for my whole visit! I was initially dreading the appointment, but found that it was actually a surprisingly pleasant experience thanks to your great team! Thank you!

I don’t normally write reviews and this will be my first attempt to sharing this experience with anyone who is interested in finding a good dentist. Doctor Paul is not only excellent at his “craft”, but he is also a terrific professional. When I first visited him, I was a bit (very) embarrassed because the condition of my teeth was poor and I was already friends with his sister, Serina, whom I adore. He patiently explained a course of action, which I had to follow slowly, as I had a limited budget to work with. Little by little my teeth are getting fixed and not once, up to now, did I feel pain, discomfort or hesitation on following the plan. He is just wonderful. His office feels like a home, a real warm home. It s impeccable, but more importantly, you get the sense, through the decorations and displays, of how much he values family. I have been going to Dr. Lee for more than 20 years now and from day one I have been thoroughly pleased with the dental care and overall service that I have received. Dr. Lee is professional and knowledgeable and provides the necessary dental care and offers preventative care to avoid issues in the long term. The staff, particularly Cathleen, who is the first person who greets everyone when they walk through the door is always pleasant. My wife has an EXTREME fear of dentists based on some childhood trauma with her dentist. It had been a number of years since her last dentist visit and he has since retired. We went to Dr. Lee based on his on-line reviews. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. At his first introduction Dr. Lee took and held my wire's hand as he talked to her, and sought to put her fears at rest. We elected to have use the option of in office anesthesia so that all of the required work could be done in one visit. The a anesthesiologist, who Dr. Lee works with, also did an excellent job at making my wife feel at ease, and in fact called and talked to her the day before to go over her health issues and allay her fears. Dr. Lee and his staff were extremely friendly and comforting, and did a wonderful job dealing with a very anxious patient. My wife was so pleased with the care that she received, that she has agreed to go back for regular checkups with Dr. Lee, which she would never have dreamed of doing before. Having been in the Northern VA area over 15 years and after going through a handful of dentists, I can honestly say that Dr Paul Lee's practice is one of a kind. The investments in technology and staff simply make the whole experience that much more pleasant. Sure, it may only be twice a year that I visit these fine folks, but it makes a huge difference.
I switched jobs once and Lee's practice wouldn't take my plan, so I had go elsewhere - plus I was too cheap to fork out my own cash. So I found someplace close to my home to avoid the traffic around here. My god, it was a shocker, the hygienists were using pencil and paper to count my teeth and record whatever info they needed. I felt like I had stepped back into the stone age! That experience really hit home how the gizmos as Lee's office make things simple while being completely transparent. Luckily, I eventually found myself on a new plan and back in Lee's office.
Now my wife goes here as well and she loves it. Maybe love is not the right word, but she doesn't dread her appointments. Which speaks volumes considering she used to pay for dental insurance but never even go to the dentist. We get the usual cleanings to the more complex crown and root work done here and everything is great. Once our little kids learn to keep calm in the chair, we'll rope them into calendar here as well.

April 30th, 2024 As usual I was taken on time when I arrived at Dr. Lee’s office. The always cordial Monajean coordinated my effort with Dr Lee for the entire visit. I was greeted with Monajean's smiling face and taken for my dental visit by Yusof, a very professional hygienist. Dr. Lee examined me initially and was very thorough as always. Post examination, the schedule for the next visit is made and then I'm on my way. Thanks one again Dr. Lee and to everyone there ! As usual, Dr. Lee’s office is very professional. My appointment was on time . Dr. Lee in this case meticulously installed my crown in a timely fashion. With appropriate directions going forward he sent me on my way. I've been going to Dr. Paul Lee for over 12 years. I love his work, honesty, and how he and his team improved my teeth. I had several issues with old caps and he has the latest tech to replace them right there in the office. All the fillings I received are perfect. He stays up on the latest dental techniques and tools. The dental cleanings are pristine and they coax you in a nice way to floss and brush your teeth more. I've had my insurance company change many times of the years and I stuck with Dr. Paul Lee regardless if my dental plan has his practice "in network" or "out of network". So I am sticking with his practice for good. I just went in yesterday for an emergency visit as a very old crown broke off, Dr. Lee was able to get this 1/2 crown off and informed and showed me the crown in front needed to be replaced as you could see decay under the crown. He took care of both in the office in 2 hours (it took about an hour for crowns to be made - as he makes them himself in the office with his high-tech setup). Now my teeth are good as new again.

After a two year COVID hiatus I was extremely nervous to go back to the dentist’s and hear bad news about my teeth. I did have a lot of tarter buildup and dreaded my cleaning (I normally get 4 cleanings a year). I was so happy when the hygienist said he could stay longer and completed my extensive cleaning in just one visit (which was done so gently and with kind thoughtfulness). I did have to come back because there was a cavity that snuck in under one of my crowns but Dr Lee was fabulous, as always, being very gentle, giving me ear plugs for the loud drilling noise, and creating a new porcelain crown and fitting it all in the same afternoon in his State-of-the-art dentistry office. I had come in with a lot of anxiety, but it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this practice, and have been a patient here for over 15 years. I especially appreciate Dr Lee who saw me the same day I called him with a terrible toothache, even though his schedule was full. He worked through his lunch hour to make sure the problem was identified and solutions provided.

When I first made my appointment over the phone, I spoke to the receptionist and let her know that it was my first dental visit in a while (a few years) and that I was very nervous for the appointment. The office staff is wonderful. Dr.Lee addresses any concerns, he really listens and does great work! I have been going here for over 20 years. The office is clean and easy to get to. They have always handled working with the insurance company so I don't have to and I have never had any issues.

I don’t normally write reviews and this will be my first attempt to sharing this experience with anyone who is interested in finding a good dentist. Doctor Paul is not only excellent at his “craft”, but he is also a terrific professional. When I first visited him, I was a bit (very) embarrassed because the condition of my teeth was poor and I was already friends with his sister, Serina, whom I adore. He patiently explained a course of action, which I had to follow slowly, as I had a limited budget to work with. Little by little my teeth are getting fixed and not once, up to now, did I feel pain, discomfort or hesitation on following the plan. He is just wonderful. His office feels like a home, a real warm home. It s impeccable, but more importantly, you get the sense, through the decorations and displays, of how much he values family. His team is friendly, diverse, fun and full of good vibes. I do recommend that you check him out!!! Thank you Dr Paul and cheers to the entire practice 💕

Recently, I had need of a wisdom tooth extraction, and addition of a crown for a molar. Both these procedures were done within my preferred timeframe, and even completed sooner than scheduled, WITHOUT ANY PAIN! Dr. Lee is the Michelangelo of teeth work and I would encourage anyone looking for the best dentist and dental team ever to get with this practice asap!

Dr. Lee has been my dentist for over 15 years. In fact, he treats my wife and two sons, as well. On a professional level, one cannot ask for a more skilled dentist. Period. Dr. Paul Lee and his staff are great! It is rare to find such an excellent combination of professionalism and interpersonal interaction. Such a positive vibe right from the moment you walk into the office. The hygienist is one of the best I've experienced, both thorough and attentive. Dr. Lee himself is a master in the field. Just watch him while he does his work and you will understand what I mean. No one is perfect, but he has done each of my fillings 100% right on the first try, so he is pretty close to it in my book! He explains everything, answers all questions, gives next steps, and tells you what to watch out for in the future. The office calls to followup and ensure that everything is satisfactory and went well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lee and staff are always very friendly, and make you feel at home. The cleanings are painless, but then again, I have good teeth because I brush. Even when I need more work done, it has always been done in one day, because Dr. Lee uses state of the art technology, which will fit a crown the same day. I don't like having work like that done, but Dr. Lee always is very fast, pays attention when you need a break, and explains everything really well.

My wife has an EXTREME fear of dentists based on some childhood trauma with her dentist. It had been a number of years since her last dentist visit and he has since retired. We went to Dr. Lee based on his on-line reviews. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. At his first introduction Dr. Lee took and held my wire's hand as he talked to her, and sought to put her fears at rest. We elected to have use the option of in office anesthesia so that all of the required work could be done in one visit. The a anesthesiologist, who Dr. Lee works with, also did an excellent job at making my wife feel at ease, and in fact called and talked to her the day before to go over her health issues and allay her fears. Dr. Lee and his staff were extremely friendly and comforting, and did a wonderful job dealing with a very anxious patient. My wife was so pleased with the care that she received, that she has agreed to go back for regular checkups with Dr. Lee, which she would never have dreamed of doing before. I would highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff, particularly if you have anxiety issues about going to the dentist.

Having been in the Northern VA area over 15 years and after going through a handful of dentists, I can honestly say that Dr Paul Lee's practice is one of a kind. The investments in technology and staff simply make the whole experience that much more pleasant. Sure, it may only be twice a year that I visit these fine folks, but it makes a huge difference. I switched jobs once and Lee's practice wouldn't take my plan, so I had go elsewhere - plus I was too cheap to fork out my own cash. So I found someplace close to my home to avoid the traffic around here. My god, it was a shocker, the hygienists were using pencil and paper to count my teeth and record whatever info they needed. I felt like I had stepped back into the stone age! That experience really hit home how the gizmos as Lee's office make things simple while being completely transparent. Luckily, I eventually found myself on a new plan and back in Lee's office. Now my wife goes here as well and she loves it. Maybe love is not the right word, but she doesn't dread her appointments. Which speaks volumes considering she used to pay for dental insurance but never even go to the dentist. We get the usual cleanings to the more complex crown and root work done here and everything is great. Once our little kids learn to keep calm in the chair, we'll rope them into calendar here as well. From the front desk to the back rooms, the friendly folks here help keep our smiles going and going and going...

If you're looking for a qualified dentist, well organized office staff and top dental technology then you might want to give Dr. Lee a call. I started seeing Dr. Lee back in 2007 and even though I moved out of the area, I still make the extra long drive to see him twice a year. It's tough to find a dentist that you trust, but you will not have those issues with Dr. Lee. :)

A friend recommended Dr. Lee to me a couple years ago. By far the best dentist I have ever had. He and his staff are personable and even though I only see them once every 6 months they all seem to remember small details about me. The staff seem more like a family to one another than simply co-workers and that dynamic translates into a very attentive and friendly staff. As far as dentistry goes, Dr. Lee has a state of the art facility with many services offered right in the office that would normally have to be outsourced or referred.

My family of five have been going to Dr. Lee for many years and he is so talented and expert that I can enthusiastically recommend him. The entire staff is so friendly and warm and accommodating that I actually really love going to the dentist! I have had several crowns and I am astonished at how quickly they are made on site and how they fit perfectly. With my prior dental experiences I was always losing fillings and crowns and now I never have to worry about what I am eating. The day before my daughter left for college I called the emergency line on a weekend and Dr. Lee came immediately into his office to check her tooth and was extremely kind and patient when it turned out to be nothing. The other important skill set of Dr. Lee is that his cosmetic work is amazingly artistic and natural looking. It is such a relief to have found my "forever" dentist. I know so many family and friends that avoid going to the dentist and I promise you will never feel like doing that again with Dr. Lee as your dentist.
